Andrea Costa

Andrea Costa-Director (B.A. Psyc. & Bio., Grad. Dip. OH, MASORC, Dip. TAE)

Andrea has over 25 years’ experience in Work Health and Safety and 30 years in Injury Management, as such she is well placed to provide advice and training to business. Andrea is passionate about occupational health and works to promote sound injury prevention and injury management practices across industry. She also provides mentoring for return to work coordinators and advice and training in Injury and disability management, mental health and wellbeing. Andrea holds undergraduate qualifications in Psychology and post graduate qualifications in Occupational Health and is a published author of research relating to Incidence of Mesothelioma and Workers Compensation in South Australia.

Sean Boyle-Director (Grad. Dip.OHM, Grad. Dip. Educ.,Cert. IV, TAE, RABQSA)

Sean has worked in health and safety for 34 years in the private and public sectors. He was a senior lecturer in TAFESA for twenty years lecturing in OHS/WHS Law, Hazard Management, OHSMS Auditing etc. in the Diploma OHS. In 1994 he established Sean Boyle & Associates providing health and safety consultancy and delivering training for company directors, managers, supervisors and workers in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, health, defense, aged care and emergency services. Sean holds qualifications in occupational hazard management and education, he is also a RABQSA certified auditor.

Seans interests in the field of work health and safety include contemporary WHS teaching and learning, law, Safety leadership and culture, incident investigation and WHS for mature aged workers.


Karyn Beyne-Director (MA. WHS., Dip. WHS, Dip.TAA, Dip. Sust, RABQSA Auditor)

Karyn has worked in health and safety consultant and trainer for 16 years. Karyn recently completed a master’s degree in Work Health and Safety conducting research on “Flight Attendants and their working conditions”. Karyn has industry experience in work health and safety providing education and training for a variety of industry groups. In 2015 she was awarded the Brett Fritsch Memorial Occupational Health and Safety Grant for her commitment and philosophy in the field of occupational health and safety. Karyn has a Master’s degree and tertiary qualifications in work health and safety, environmental sustainability and in Training and Assessment. This provides her with a unique combination of academic and industry experience to provide training and advice for business.
